I absolutely love my bag! I stopped carrying my purse which was a pain because of how big it was with the baby and the diaper bag. Up two flights of stairs everyday. Yes my bag is so convenient! I hook my key fob to the link and let it hang out of my bag, so when trying to get inside the doors again with a baby and a million things in your hands makes it difficult. I haven't found a thing i don't like about my bag yet 😂 going to look at other colors and designs now that I know what there like receiving my first one! 🥰

Edit: I was contacted and was able to return the bag and strap for a full refund. Very quick to respond, very helpful. Bag was too small, tried to return it, would only get "store credit" not my money back.
