Dear Valen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We deeply regret to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We strive to provide quality services and timely support, and it’s clear we fell short in your case. Regarding the issues with proxy locations and our support team's response, we would like to investigate this further to make things right. Blocking access to support is certainly not our intention, and we want to ensure that all our customers have access to the help they need. If you're open to it, please reach out to us in our live chat with your account details so we can resolve this issue as a priority. Your experience matters to us, and we’d love the chance to turn it around for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, The Rainproxy Team.
