Harvesting rain is a practice that has been around for centuries. Cisterns and other rain harvesting systems are widely used in Europe, Australia, India, the Bahamas and countless remote countries - many who depend solely on rain for day to day life. When water supply becomes limited, practical solutions can fill the gap. Rainwater harvesting systems provide distributed stormwater runoff containment while simultaneously storing water which can be used for irrigation, flushing toilets, washing clothes, washing cars, pressure washing,or it can be purified for use as everyday drinking water. You can really take this as far as you want. But it all comes down to various filtration and processing systems.Explore: Let us guide you through the entire process.Understand: With our rainharvest lab it becomes easy for you to envision a rainharvest system of your own.Collect: There is more rain coming, catch it.

You get what you pay for. They gave me a good price on my 1550 gallon water tank, but it took nearly 3 weeks for delivery. The logistics company they used to deliver the tank is why I only gave 2 stars. I will not use their services again.

not happy with unexpected $50 COD charge for freight when I had already paid over $30 US for freight when item purchased.

Hello Roy, I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the additional duties and taxes fee associated with your order. Unfortunately, our system has no way of calculating international duties and taxes at this time. If you refer to the "Duties and Taxes:" section on our Shipping and Returns policy page, located here: http://www.rainharvest.com/shipping-and-returns.asp, you will see this policy outlined. If this was your first time ordering something online that ships from outside of Canada to you, I can certainly understand why this may have been a bit of a surprise, so I apologize for the confusion about this process. We will certainly look into ways for our shipping calculator to estimate these taxes and duty fees that may be incurred with international shipments. Please give us a call at 770-889-2533 or toll free at 800-654-9283 at your leisure, to discuss a duties and taxes credit that you are eligible for. Your satisfaction is our number one goal and one that we take very seriously. Thank you for your TrustPilot review, it has been helpful. We look forward to hearing from you.
We are not happy with the quality and performance. The unit rarely works. It reads 100% more often than not. The measurement varies based on the time of day. IE- reads higher in the morning than it did the night before. The decal on the display was not glued sufficiently to the plastic case. I had to super glue it back on.
