I have purchased many raffi sweaters in retail stores. They have always been great. I ordered 2 sweaters from raffi directly. Both sweaters ripped on the shoulder. Both sweaters were obviously defected. Raffi agreed to replace one sweater but not the other. Unfortunately, I will not be buying anymore of their products.
