This user registered a domain name and purchased 1 month of hosting and within 24 hours we'd received multiple Abuse complaints for phishing sites. We have a zero-tolerance policy on phishing and this user's information has been shared with FraudRecord.
2 years ago I gave this group 5 stars, unfortunately now they are a zero. Their site was shut down for 5 days and I almost lost my business. There was no communication either by phone or email, nor were they responsive to attempts to reach them by phone, chat, email, or social media. They came back online in 5 days, claimed a subcontractor failed to pay bills and they were turned off. Subsequently it took 5 weeks for them to return our colocated server. To this date their support phone number is unavailable, and their responsiveness to chat sessions is variable.

We are sorry to hear this. Please contact support for further review!
Will not remove me from their mailing lists, constantly keeps spamming me with irrelevant services. Obviously this company is buying email lists to spam their resold services to, I would highly advise to not buy those sketchy lists, you've never received any permission from me to contact me regarding your services.

Hi Dan, It's never our intention to irritate or annoy any recipients with unwanted or irrelevant messages. I can assure you we don't buy email lists and "Unsubscribe" and "Manage Preferences" options are linked in the footers of all marketing communications. That said, if you feel you have been contacted by us in error, we would like to address this to ensure no future contact is attempted. If you reach out to us at https://radwebhosting.com/support we can assist you with this. If you prefer a self-service approach, click the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of the email to automatically be removed. Best regards, Customer Satisfaction Team
Rad Web Hosting really goes above and beyond to help partner clients become successful. If we succeed, they succeed. I like the mentality of the business owner, he has a strong hosting background and knows what he is doing.

Thanks for your review
Been talking with Scott at RadWebHosting for a few months now getting ready to expand my service offerings to my customers to include VPS. Finally pulled the trigger on this and got their VPS reseller plan and I am amazed by the way it works and how well the WHMCS Module they built for handles the service. The server I'm on is great so far and actually has exceeded my expectations.

Thanks for your kind review!
cryptwerk lists you as accepting xmr. payment gateway does not accept xmr. they say soon now. support response takes a long time and may require you to post a review to action any request. multiple quarters late on feature delivery... was constantly updated with next quarter for a year straight. Do not believe any time lines provided by this shady provider.

We do apologize for falling short of your expectations. Our development roadmap was indeed disrupted by some external factors, as our team directed focus to providing support to our existing clients during COVID outbreak. While we don't have any control over what's published on third-party websites, we're proud to offer full support for Monero ($XMR) payment method. Feel free to choose this payment method during checkout process for any products and services we offer.
