Ordering professional IT products can be difficult. Rackmount Solutions carries the most unique and esoteric noise managing server racks I have found online. After ordering the product there was a little confusion about getting my Ucoustic rack to Canada, but after the shipper forwarded me some documentation my product was over the border in a number of days and I received the item in perfect shape. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again. Highly recommended.

Pretty much exactly what we're aiming for, but I certainly want to do better and get that fifth star next time!
Rackmount Solutions had the rack and equipment we needed at the right price. The instruction manuals could be laid out better, which would make it easier to follow, especially if you've never built a rack before.

Joe! We're try to be a one stop shop for IT. Glad we had the products you're looking for and we'll try to work on those instruction manuals. We do have videos to help on building the Cruxial 4-Post too!
They had exactly the right product for my needs. The pricing was excellent, and they were wonderful on the phone. Unfortunately the communications on shipping delays was not good. I had to call them repeatedly to find out when it was shipping. They did not call me.

We talked about this case exactly and we're making a stronger effort to keep in contact with all our customers for these unexpected delays.
I bought the Kendall Howard 1915-3-001-12 - 12u Hanging Wall Mount Rack. Good template and easy to hang. You went a little thick with the powder coat on the threads. I ruined 2 screw driver bits trying to get the screws to thread. Include at least one screw for comparison at a hardware store, or at least the exact size of the screws needed. That was a pain in the butt.

We've ordered from Rackmount twice. We had an issue with not receiving a part for a desk ordered. We contacted our representative and she handled it promptly!
