Some of the best customer service out there! LiveChat is awesome and a great way to ask a few questions without calling in or emailing and waiting for a response. Definitely recommended!

and above all, the customer service isn't BS. I enjoy it and they are straight to the point when I ask them the questions I need answers for. I recommend RackMount, even if they are a little bit more than other competitors' racks, but you get a much better quality when it comes to getting a good AV/IT rack.

While everyone seems to preach they have great customer service, our ISO Ratings, Google Review, Trust Pilot Reviews, and Better Business Reviews back it up. Glad you like your rack and the service from Rackmount Solutions.

Highly recommend Rackmount Solutions. They have a large selection of products, and their customer service is top notch. When UPS damaged a cabinet, they arranged for a replacement, quick refund, and pickup of the original very quickly. Jay and Wynne are excellent!

I have had a few account representatives over the years and each was well trained, courteous and results oriented. Replies to questions or quotation requests were speedy and clear.
