Excellent customer support. We have a couple of Ucoustic cabinets that we've always been pleased with the reduction of noise in our office environment. After six years we started hearing a noise from one of the fans in the cabinet that pull air through. The bearings were dirty and worn. Called support and they were able to readily provide a quote for a new fan. They also have information on how to change the fan!!! Excellent company to deal with.

Rackmount Solutions provided an exceptional product, and service that superseded my best experiences of online purchasing. Freight charges were promptly delivered, and product tracking was immediately available. A product specialist was assigned to my order the next day, and provided support and information through the entire transaction. Needless to say I will be doing business with this company again!

Rackmount Solutions has most of the rack-related equipment that I need, high quality, at good prices. Their staff know their products, are extremely friendly and helpful. Shipping is fast and prices are reasonable. I am a happy repeat shopper, and will remain one.

I came across Rackmount Solutions via a web search for quality shelves for a 12u and 42u rack. I found the ordering experience to be very pleasant. I found detailed descriptions of the product to be very useful in my rack design effort. I also found the products to be packaged well, to prevent damage in shipment, and the end product to be high quality and very useful, relative to application. I would highly recommend doing business with the vendor.
