Great experience from start to finish! We ordered 1,000 branded plastic cups and 1,000 branded paper cups for an upcoming event with an extremely tight turnaround. From placing the order to having everything delivered was only 7 days, and the cups turned out great. Serena Y. was fantastic to work with, responsive, helpful, and made sure everything stayed on track despite our tight timeline. Really impressed with the service, quality, and turnaround. We’ll definitely use them again for future events!

I was contacted that the logo maybe too dark against the bag color I wanted. I asked to switch to the grey color. They were unwilling. Sad — good money wasted.
