I was promised to get our totes bags before our event. We ordered more than two weeks ahead of time and promised we’d make the deadline, then the week of I email for confirmations and they told me it will arrive after our event they didn’t even care that they never informed me of this. Then the package ends up arriving 2 days before our event and it was only 5 bags we ordered 150 and the 5 were even incorrectly printed. I tried to get a refund because I didn’t get close to what I purchase and now they don’t answer me. WORST COMPANY DO NOT USE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!

Nicely done - I needed an additional quantity of a previous order and you provided that in an expedient manner with great quality - I appreciate that! Thanks much!

Will never use again. Lied to me over and over about when this were shipping, I missed my project date because of this. They would not return phone calls, nor answer phone calls. They would only return 1 out of 5 emails. Looks a week to respond and lied to me in them. I wouldn't use again if they were the only company that supplied the product. I would do without. DO NOT USE! BUYER BEWARE. LIARS!!!!

This is a company based in China which if I had known I would not have ordered from them. it took longer than stated to receive my product I paid for faster delivery and feel it was a wasted 46.00. The box came destroyed but luckily the labels were OK. The 3 stars is because the labels were exactly what I designed so that was good!
