Pros- reasonable pricing, easy to use website, good communication, items as advertised Cons - item availability changed after placing the order, delivery date delayed a few days into transit (arrived between the 2 dates given), shipping box was destroyed & looked more similar to a ball made from packing tape (soft items purchased so undamaged)

We’re glad to hear that you found our pricing reasonable, our website easy to use, and our communication helpful — and that the items arrived as advertised. We truly appreciate your positive feedback. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the stock change and the delay during transit. As for the condition of the shipping box, we will report this to our carrier to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you again for choosing RacetopPrint, and we hope to provide you with an even better experience next time!
The worst company ever. Do not order. They shipped and delivered my order to an entirely wrong address in a different state.

Ordered custom 5” x 8” bags for our business. 10 days later they hadn’t even begun to print them. I reached out to customer support via phone regarding this issue and never received a call back. Bags look fine, but the delay and the lack of response from the company left us feeling underserved.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear that you felt underserved during your order experience. After reviewing the order details, your custom 5" x 8" bags were actually delivered within 8 days of placing the order, which falls within our standard production and delivery timeline. Because of this, we’re a bit unsure about the mention that printing hadn’t begun after 10 days. We sincerely apologize if there was any confusion or if our communication made the process unclear in any way. We’re also very sorry that you did not receive a return call — this is not the level of service we aim to provide. We will be addressing this internally to ensure better response times moving forward. We’re glad to hear that the bags themselves looked good, and we hope we can deliver a smoother experience for you in the future. If you have any additional details or concerns, please feel free to contact us directly — we’re here to help.

Super great service. The quality of my labels came out great. The prices are fair but shipping is pricey. But all shipping is pricey today.
