I purchased this puzzle thinking it was a 3D puzzle. It was not, it was flat. They should say this in the description. I also ordered a medium but it was very small. Very deceptive advertising. Would not buy again. Very dissappointed.

Hello, our coloring puzzles come in three set options: the basic version (puzzle frame only), a set with 12-color markers, and a set with 24-color markers. Since you ordered the basic version, it does not include coloring tools. We suggest purchasing acrylic markers at a local stationery store, as that would be more convenient and faster. If you wish to return the item, please contact our after-sales customer service team via email.
I would leave zero if I could. The advertizing is deceptive and misleading. The puzzle is advertised CHRISTMAS POP-UP BOOK WOODEN JIGSAW PUZZLE. It is NOT—-it is flat. And small, and very poor quality. The seller also makes it impossible to return. Charges prohibitive return shipping. AVOID QUORDLE.COM It is not US based as they lead you to believe. Attn Quordle —do not bother to post a reply that says how sorry you are as it is fake and you have no intention of providing customer satisfaction.

Hello. Regarding the issues you raised concerning the product description, dimensions, quality, and returns, we will submit the matter to the relevant team for review and corrective action. If you still wish to return the product, please contact our after-sales customer service team via email to have this processed.
Drop ship item that can be found elsewhere much cheaper, from Temu, AliExpress and even Amazon (whilst the same price on Amazon at least you will get customer support + refund guarantee). Their replies are clearly stock replies generated via ChatGPT and offer little to no support when it comes to getting a refund. Avoid at all costs and buy from a place that actually protects you should you need a refund for whatever reason.

Hello, Please note that similar products listed at lower prices on other platforms are not necessarily identical in quality; there are differences in materials and quality control, so a direct price comparison is not always valid. If you wish to request a refund or return, please contact our after-sales support team via email. A dedicated representative will assist you and provide a practical solution. We value every customer's needs and are committed to providing you with excellent service.
BUYER BEWARE: The puzzle I ordered for my granddaughter was delivered in the rain. Due to poor/defective packaging, the box inside the mailer was soaking wet and fell apart when I attempted to open it. When notified of the defective wrapping, the company offered me a 10% refund and a 10% discount on a future purchase. They never once offered to replace the item, which would have been the appropriate thing to do. As a result, I am very disappointed in their refusal to correct the problem. Will I buy from them again? Certainly not.

Hello, regarding after-sales service, according to our company's policy on damage during shipping, replacing this jigsaw puzzle requires you to first return the product to our warehouse. After our warehouse staff inspects it, we can then resend it to you, a process that takes a considerable amount of time. Resending the outer packaging box is also time-consuming, as boxes are prone to loss or damage. Regarding the refund amount, we can discuss this with you again. We understand this may have caused you inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for that.
I was drawn in by an advertisement that said they had a US facility. That after 4 years they were unfortunately closing it and were having a sale. I bought the sale puzzles. My shipment originated in China. Im not against China goods. What I am against is deceitful advertising. Im a big boy and I can handle the truth. So also shipping took a lot longer than expected because of this. The quality of the puzzles is not on par with what was expected. The colors of the picture didnt match the colors of the puzzle. Close, but the picture looked better than the finished puzzle. This also made it difficult looking for pieces. The size of the puzzles seem small for the price. It's not really worth the value. To top it off they sent me a link to review the product. The link wouldn't work so my review was pushed here. Into the freezer where nobody will ever see it.

Hello, we apologize for the poor assembly experience our puzzle provided. If you have any questions about the puzzle, please contact our customer service via email for after-sales support.
If I could give them minus 5 I would. Ordered from them and TWICE now they shipped without my apartment number so post office not able to deliver. They refuse to refund money so have no choice but to reinstitute the dispute against them with VISA. Will never do business with them again and if I were you, I would not waste my time OR money. PLUS they dont tell you you pay twice what its worth for shipping from China until after you pay them.

Hello, we deeply regret the trouble this logistics problem has caused you. We all ship based on the delivery address you filled in on the order and will not change your address information. Moreover, after the order is successfully placed, there will be an order confirmation email with your order information, including delivery information. If you do not tell us that the delivery address is wrong, we will default to the correct address and deliver the goods according to the address. Perhaps you can contact our after-sales customer service email, and then we can reprocess this order for you and try to reissue your package for you.
