Generated and put money into a CD account. Website/account was updated after 3 business days. I received confirmation of my CD deposit in the form of an attachment in an email. The attachment was a scanned in (crooked), filled out by hand. Unsure how to think of an online bank that fills out information by hand and is thusly delayed. The website is not very intuitive either. Hopefully when my CD matures, i will not have such time-delays in deciding where my money ends up. Quontic provides a short 10 day window,

Hello, Wendy. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. Please be advised that we provide a 30 day notice prior to the maturity date of the CD. From the date of maturity for your CD you have ten calendar days to redeem or roll over your CD.

The person who helped me over the phone seemed very impatient with me. Furthermore, every experience I’ve had with Quontic Bank this far has been less than desirable. Everything just seems so difficult with them. Will not be banking with them any longer once I’m able to withdraw everything from my accounts.
