A freak wind blew my car port into my neighbors yard. First surprise was the cover was undamaged. The second surprise was that the company would sell me replacement poles. The replacement poles were very affordable and arrived quickly. The customer service dept. was the third and best surprise - helpful and they cared - wow!

I contacted the company to inquire about procuring some parts for my planter boxes. Surprisingly they got right back to me and confirmed the parts needed. I received them today- less than a week after I contacted them. Their representative, Joy, kept me informed of the progress and was exceptionally helpful.

I had an issue with my canopy that required replacing seven of the poles. I didn’t know if it would be covered by any warranty but I was prepared to purchase them if needed. I was pleasantly impressed that the company was willing to replace them at no cost to me and I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and helpful customer service agent than Joy. Thanks again

Hi, had ordered the hexagon mini-trampoline and during shipping a small plastic buckle on the jump cloth had been broken. Zupapa sent a new replacement jump cloth within 10 days. Joy was most helpful in making all the arrangements. Thank you!
