Hello, We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with a recent trade. Please be assured that we do not engage in scamming. Our trading process involves multiple confirmation steps to ensure that each party agrees to the terms: initiating the trade on our site, reviewing and accepting it via your Steam account, and a final confirmation in your Steam app. These steps are designed to give traders the opportunity to review and confirm their decisions thoroughly. We understand your frustration and regret any inconvenience caused. However, all trades are final once they are confirmed. We encourage users to carefully review all trade details before completion. If you have concerns about a trade or our pricing, you are within your rights to decline the trade before it is finalized. We strive for fairness and transparency in all our transactions and take feedback seriously as we aim to improve our services. Kind regards, The Quicksell.store Team
