Getting renewed is easy and fast. Though I was kind of surprised on my appointment for a few reasons. Im not complainingt at all, please know this, just felt like getting a medical marijuana card is easy for anyone after this experience. I was a little upset that I did not get the same Dr that I had for my 1st intial appt, whether or not you can choose that, I did not see that when i made my appointment. I would prefer to use the same Dr for all renewal appointments. She was the first one to offer adivice and knew why I was seeking medical marijuana. So, when it came time for my appointment I was prepared to fill in the Dr about the past year and what I did do to help my self like the previous Dr and I had talked about, because come to find out I now have 4 medical conditions that are accepted. NOW, I do LOVE how the Dr is able to see my year history of purchases and knowledge and usage of product. What has really made me fill this survey out, cause im not one to typically do these unless there's a real reason. When it came time for my video appointment, I was on my laptop 10 mins early just like instructed to do so, when the video call came thru...the video screen on the Dr's end was off!! Why..because she was DRIVING in her car. I could hear all traffic and her car noises. My appointment was at 6:30pm. It didn't even last 1 min. She commented on my usage of product, and was pleased with it and said i was good for another year. THAT WAS IT! Appointment over...never asked me one question or anything about myself. I hope this is not how this Dr does all her appointments...especially first approval appointments. Also, and this is a personal opinion on this...cause I was a little offended by one of the 22 conditions on the list for approval of medical marijuana. Opioid Alternative!! Why do opioid users get "special" drug treatment plans...Methadone-Suboxone-Sublocade injections-Vivitrol injections etc. But to have this listed as just an "alternative" makes it sound VERY EASY for any JOE SHMO to get a card. And, yes this is a personal opinion, because I was addicted to METH for over 8+ yrs of my life off and on, and there's NOTHING for us!! No drug treatment program-unless you want to get addicted to the opioid treatment medicines. There's NO "alternative" like you say for medical marijuana approval. BUT, I will say, medical marijuana 100% has been my lifesaver with becoming 1 YEAR sober as of 3-11-23. I would of LOVED to tell Dr. Linda D'Eramo this this year for my renewal, but i did not get her again for my appointment!!! i WILL DEFININATLEY be looking harder and more into making my appointment with her next year.

Stay away from this place, you are better off going local, they take your money, never got the call, they REFUSE to refund and if you are lucky enough to get the stupid call for the appointment, YOU still have to file all the paperwork with your state, why bother? Stay local, have people who are familiar with your state’s process. Or be out your 130$

Price very is HIGH! $153.00 a year plus paying the state. I can see first year but renewal.. come on! A 3-4 minute phone call is BS.

Hi Ken. We do not run ads in Arizona. In addition, our website shows the miles a patient must drive to the doctor’s office during the appointment booking webpages. The miles are displayed next to the doctor’s office on the webpage where patients select which office they want to drive to for their appointment. I understand that people may speed through the appointment booking pages. We value your feedback. We will definitely review our website for possible changes. We are happy to inform you that we have refunded you and canceled your appointment per your request. Thank you once again for your feedback and have a great day. In terms of your points on the ad being misleading, our ads team reviewed your concern and found out that neither our ads nor our landing pages link to our Arizona service. It's possible you clicked an ad for another state, then once at our website changed your location to Arizona. Seeing an ad for another state could explain why you saw telehealth ad, because in most states telehealth is allowed for medical marijuana certifications. Arizona is different however. Sometimes people can see an ad for a state that differs from their own if they are using a VPN or if Google or Facebook estimated their location incorrectly. In addition, blocking cookies or other website permissions can cause location inaccuracy and the wrong ads to be shown to a person.
This was a very fast and easy process
