Easy to use, pricing is all up front. Received my confirmation within 10 minutes. No messy advertisements added on to my cover page (like some free services). Worth the couple of bucks to know the fax was immediately received.

Fax came out really dark on the receiving end. I requested a refund because I had to spend more money going elsewhere. No one ever responded to my emails/requests.

Didn't realise fax were still in use so was very happy I could find a provider that provided the service without hassle. Great service and communication throughout the process.
