Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! Regarding the verification process, we would like to clarify that we perform KYC checks only in very rare cases. Specifically, when our system detects high-risk markers. Usually, all transactions and standard procedures are processed quickly and within our established timeframes. Every single case is unique and handled individually. Unfortunately, you didn't include your Order ID in this review. Without this information, we are unable to look up your specific case and see what caused the delay. Could you please provide your Order ID? We would love to check the details and make sure everything is fully resolved for you. Best regards, Quickex Team
