Waited on the phone 3 times for 30min and never could speak to a customer service rep. The last time I called I was told they were in an all day training and then was disconnected after waiting 30 min.

This place blows!!!!!!!!! One person working. Sitting here for an hour for a hour for urine test. Nurse is calling every other person behind me. Never will come here again. Location is Ambridge Pennsylvania

I wish I could give ZERO or negative STARS! No one goes for a blood test for FUN! The strong and strict rule of requiring an appointment would be understood if the Quest office was packed with a line going out the door. Four people in the waiting room. The staff of 4 chatting away and avoiding any type of service with anyone. I checked my wife in. We just came from the Dr's office. My wife is weak and has MS. Your staff couldn't have been less helpful.They were exceptionally rude. They refused to see my wife after she quietly waited an hour. She was checked in and they finally came out and said she needed a confirmation number. Now at this point there were only two people waiting. Couldn't they have told her sooner? No, they don't care about people. Terrible way to treat sick people. Just miserable people that shouldn't be employed in this line of work. This entire staff needs to be replaced or at least separated. I know we're not the first people treated so poorly and won't be the last. I think this Quest office deliberately treats people bad and with disrespect because they want less people to come to this office. Well it worked for me and my wife.

This pathetic lab is not able to provide a covid PCR test result even after 24 hours, called them many times, they are very rude. America as a country has become as pathetic as this nonsense business entity. Only because of them , I probably will not be able to travel international with my scheduled ticket at 9:30 PM CA time on 16th Oct. Hell with this nonsense

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! The website says walk ins ok but may have to wait....WELL THE website is WRONG. They have been asking the tech department to fix it!" Really??? I was there at the Auburn location this morning-THE ONLY ONE THERE for fasting lab work and they would not see me and told me that the soonest I could be seen was a week out 30 minutes away at 2:30-fasting until 2:30 in the afternoon. They do not even deserve 1 star. ZERO STARS would describe Quest better!

I was told that the nearest location to get testing that I needed was an hour's drive one way, but when I got there I was told that the test I wanted was not provided at that location.

This place is the worst place you can come to. They are rude and do not care about explaining the rules. I was given attitude for not having a code they did not inform me about. The white lady with blonde curly hair seems racists. She would give attitude and a tone for everything. Go somewhere else.

Worst company ever. I took a day off from work to give blood for a doctors appointment. I scheduled an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early but when I got there the waiting room was full of people waiting for their earlier appointments. No one showed up!!! It was a complete waste of time for me but I felt really bad for the elderly patients who never got their lab work completed. USE ANOTHER LAB IF POSSIBLE!!
