Good Algo but not customer centric support

I purchased the ATS program and found the core algorithm to be solid and well-designed. However, the overall system setup is overly complex and comes with a significant cost — approximately $120 per month per prop firm account. Unfortunately, there is no support or even documentation provided to install or deploy the system on alternative cloud providers. Users are forced to use the ChartVPS solution, which adds to the cost. Additionally, each server only supports one Tradovate login, meaning you’re required to purchase multiple VPS instances if you’re trading across multiple prop firms. This limitation makes scaling unnecessarily expensive and inefficient. At least you should have provided option to use this 6500 USD setup without support which user is responsible to install on their local machine. and Support is only available for ChartVPS.

While we understand the ATS is quite complex, it is built that way by design. Where other vendors & systems might lack in reliability, performance, etc. our ATS system thrives. We go to great lengths to ensure our ATS clients are getting a professionally built automated trading system. One that is arguably the most robust custom solution available for retail traders. On your take about the VPS provider, we have tested all other VPS vendors at great length and concluded that ChartVPS was one that checked all of the boxes to be able to handle our high-performing software. We understand this might be a steeper price to other VPS providers, but we do not compromise quality for dollars. We make this very clear to all customers who are considering the ATS. Regardless, we're happy to see that you're enjoying the actual automated strategies themselves, and we hope you continue to see amazing results from our algos!
