Great customer service. I had to update my order urgently after I noticed an error in the logo and the customer service department was more than accommodating. One glass arrived broken out of 144, which wasn't the end of the world. Would definitely order from them again! Wonderful experience all around.

I have never been so mislead by production time before. It was also frustrating to never receive information about progress of my order. It took more than 5 weeks to receive my order and that was with expedited shipping. In correspondence with Customer Service I expected 3 weeks. By the time I received the awards they were no longer pertinent for my event - I had to come up with alternatives.
