I called in this order because the website was a little confusing for what I had in mind. That being said, ordering on the phone was 100% easier. Getting the info and the images to them was easy and painless. The final product came out amazing!

Very responsive and flexible. Developed quality sample for mid sized order with nominal fall out.

The quality of the finished product was top notch. The proofing process and contacting customer service left room for improvement. I will order again in the future, but only when I don’t have a deadline to meet.

I ordered etched glassware, mugs, and a pitcher on 3/26/19. I have emailed and called the company requesting an update on my order and an expected date as to when we should receive the proof for the order. No one has ever returned my call or email. Still waiting a month later.

The image engraved isn't the same as the proof I approved. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back from them. I had to reach out to the gentleman who sent me the proof I approved, Nick, who was responsive at first, but it has now been 3 business days since I sent him the requested image and I haven't heard back from him. I paid a pretty large amount of money, and am extremely disappointed that the engraving is not as expected. The image is A LOT lower on the wine glass than shown on the proof, and smaller. The quality is also poor, the actual image has engraved parts missing (for example, half of a leaf is engraved and is missing the top part). This is unacceptable quality and customer service.
