Wonderful installer. Great personality and work ethics.

From the dinner presentation to the install everything with this company was perfect! We received a postcard about a dinner at first we were unsure but we are blessed we attended. We learned so much about the products they offer and had a inspector come out! The inspector gave us a recommendation on the products that would fix our needs! The inspector was very professional and courteous never once recommending products we don’t need. We had Jordan and DJ out to install the products they explained everything in great detail and answered all our questions regarding the products and install! They went out of there way to show us the quality of the products and explaining their awesome warranty. They were so professional and sweet! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish this company has been great and I would highly recommend this company to all in need of services

Excellent service from a professional staff !

Matthew conducted an inspection of our house and provided his prioritized recommendation of systems we would benefit from Quality Eco Technologies' product offerings. We opted to have the EPS 365, attic solar fan, and mold treatment done. QET worked with us to reschedule the original installation date due to rain. The 2-man installation crew, Jordan and Derrick, kept us informed of their expected arrival time on the rescheduled date. Upon arrival, they promptly went to work and were finished within 2 hours. They cleaned around the work area and kept us abreast of the work progression. We are quite satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency exhibited by Jordan and Derrick.

The installers on our purchase, Tyrod and Will, were excellent. They arrived when expected and handled the installation efficiently. They had to make a modification to the power source and completed that issue efficiently also. We appreciated their respect of our home and excellent attitudes.

I read some of the other reviews and even the 1 stars. Some people... smh I am completely pleased with our experience so far. We had Mold Mitigation applied and the MLI and EPS installed. Will and Tyrod arrived on time, we very professional, explained what they were going to do, and finished the entire job in ~ 4 hrs. The extended payment plan was very helpful for my wife and I to afford all that we needed. Our inspector, James M, explained his inspection and did not try to over-sell us. I am concerned with the price of the replacement bottled probiotic solution. We will see how often we need to replace, though as time goes by. Thank you QET, for the nice steak dinner. ;-)
