I'm new to QR codes (not using them, but having our own for a new business). This is the ONLY company I found that has good reviews. I needed help choosing a plan and I was able to connect with a real person via live chat in less than a minute. Luli was super-helpful and very knowledgeable.

I sent a chat in with a problem I was having. The chat mentioned they respond in about 20 minutes which was not the case. It happened to be 2:00am when i received a response. I missed it but Luli Ini followed up via email. They were able to solve my problem quickly and efficiently.
