Lucas was fantastic at helping solving a very specific glitch issue that happened with when uploading an updated PDF to my menu format QR Code. We spoke and worked over the course of 3 days to solve the issue. He was timely in his responses and very helpful.

I had a download issue that the uQR.me team was not able to replicate on their end so they kindly set up a Google Meet so we could share screens. A good clean out of the cache cleared it up. Thank you!
