No response at mails. I wanted to return my sunglasses, because I didn’t like them. Unfortunately they didn’t respond on my emails, and I lost 105 euros! Please watch out

Do not order from here. Ordered sunglasses and they still have not arrived (been almost 2 months). Shipping status remains unchanged and they do not answer emails. Now I need to work with my bank to get my money back.

Do not buy from this company if you are at all unsure the glasses will fit your head. My, just barely 18 yo, son paid $92 for a pair of glasses that ended up looking like they are fit for a small child’s head. The return policy only allowed 14 days and asked you to email them for information to return. 8 days after our initial, and many subsequent, inquiries they finally responded by telling us to mail them back to SWEDEN with a tracking number. The cost to mail them back from the US is over $65! We will not be paying that to return them and run the risk of them denying the refund. If we could dispute the charge as fraud, we would.

Varning, verkar vara ett blufföretag. På hemsidan står att glasögonen ska skickas inom ett par dagar. Efter en dryg vecka har jag fortfarande inte fått några glasögon. Hemsidan har också falsk reviews (hänvisning till Trustpilots betyg ex) som inte stämmer.

Don’t buy here. We never received the package nor a link to track and trace. They don’t respond to any e-Mail message we have sent.

Amazing service and amazing quality! I had a little inconvenience with my package getting lost not once, but twice. However, their response was immediate and impressive. Despite the cost of shipping three times, they ensured I received my sunglasses. Not only did they send the pair I paid for, but they also included a free pair as an apology.
