QeRetailReviews of qeretail.com

Easy, great, happy with the results - and - most importantly they were easy to contact after the fact, as we had a few punchlist items to take care of and update (things I could not do myself and I am not helpless at making changes to my site!) Would absolutely recommend them for an update, it's fast, easy, very much provides value and I will use them again.

Working with QeRetail on our website development was an absolute pleasure. Their team, especially our point of contact, demonstrated remarkable flexibility and courtesy throughout the entire process. They paid close attention to the design I was looking for. Our collaboration with QeRetail resulted in a website that perfectly shows the essence of Unique Design Corporate Gifting, making it easier for our clients to explore our extensive gift collections.

QeRetail was a great company to partner with for our small business website. Our developer, Pritam, was knowledgeable, flexible, and courteous through our entire process. He listened to our design criteria and built a pleasing, easy to use site!

I enjoy working with Qretail- I read several reviews before choosing them. I'm a small e-commerce business and rely on my website heavily- so it was a big step for me to choose them. I'm very happy I did. They completed all of my tasks on the site and I know decided to work with them on ongoing changes or updates. It's a great move and money saver.

I had the pleasure of working with Pritam as the project manager for the redesign of our company website with QeRetail, and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. From the outset, Pritam demonstrated exceptional organizational skills. He was patient and took the time to thoroughly understand the needs of our industry and how the website should reflect them. His attention to detail was evident, as he ensured that every requirement was covered and worked closely with the design and development teams to execute our vision flawlessly. Pritam’s communication throughout the process was outstanding. He kept us informed at every stage, provided regular updates, and addressed any concerns promptly. His ability to manage timelines and resources was impressive—the project was completed on time and within budget, without any compromise on quality. What truly stood out was his problem-solving approach. Whenever challenges arose, Pritam was quick to offer practical solutions, always prioritizing our needs and ensuring a smooth workflow. His leadership and dedication were instrumental in delivering a website that not only meets but exceeds our expectations. I highly recommend Pritam. His professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to QeRetail company and team.

I've used them for years. They are reliable at a great price. Not to mention with a very diverse set of skills.

I have had QeRetail do design updates and maintenance for by BigCommerce store for about 10 years and they always do a very professional job and in a reasonable amount of time. Pretty much anything I request they are able to do. Great partner to have to handle the more technical side of our e-commerce store.

Stacy ensured smooth communication and completed the job within a week. She was patient and resolved minor issues quickly, usually within 1-2 days. We are satisfied with their service and will continue to update our email campaign with their assistance in the future.
