There was a much delayed response to my request so I cancelled due to the delay. Then the provider finally responded. Now I’m getting frequent emails that indicate a prescription I no longer want is ready. Totally frustrating. They obviously don’t have their online functions like ‘canceling’ linked to their providers.

My provider was very absent. 5 days so far with no response. I wish I had read reviews prior to paying for this service. Save your money! No response from customer service either. What a poor way to do business.

I was in between doctors because I had moved out of state, and almost out of blood pressure medications. I filled out the information/ request. About an hour later I received a text that my prescription was waiting for me at my pharmacy. I picked it up that day. I am not only grateful, but pleased with this website! I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Great care. Dr. Monroe goes out of his way to help! Some of the reviews say they are slow to respond. Dr. Monroe responds within a few minutes, day or night. Possibly some of the doctors are slow. Not Dr. Monroe. I haven't waisted a penny.
