Purity ProductsReviews of purityproducts.com

I placed a trial order from a radio ad. 2 weeks later a FULL 3-Bottle order arrived. I did not like the product enough to buy even ONE more bottle so I have had to spend a lot -- A LOT -- of time trying to find the call back number, talking with AI, being hung up on, and finally getting an agent from the Philippines who was SO ANNOYING -- The "refund policy" is basically to argue with why you don't like it when you haven't even tried it longer than a week, and to basically tell you to return it at UPS -- NO return #, NO return receipt. HORRIBLE SERVICE and I'd NEVER NEVER Order from Purity Products again. NEVER!

I've been a customer of Purity Products for a very long time (10years). I've been happy with the products but this last incident has led me to submit this review. I ordered products as usual on 6/22/26. Never received them and on the UPS site, there is no tracking information or a confirmation if the product ever got to UPS. Long story short, today is 8/31/26, after 12 calls to Purity Products, long hold times, repeating myself over and over again on what transpired, my request for refund is still not resolved, the supervisor promises to resolve the matter, or a phone call - still nothing. They claim to be "Obsessed" with customer service, but I feel that I don't matter as I have been misled. I have given them plenty of time and the opportunity to resolve this matter to no avail. The UPS is saying they never got the products, and the Purity Products wants to conclude internal review before they release any refund. This is not a customer service I was expecting and after my problem is resolved, I will never want to order from Purity Products ever again. They have lost me as a long term customer.

got a twin tank conditioner purchased April 7th. installed 8th of April. Was told within 2 weeks will receive my scent free soap package. My calls will not be returned it is over 8 weeks now and still nothing was talking to a real person and all the time she in meeting but no return call. Thinking this is a scam use extreme caution with any doings with Natural Purity.....

Made an order 4 days ago with 1-3 days delivery still saying waiting for details on delivery I've emailed and still no response let's say will not be using purity labs again this will be my first and last order with them

I have been using Purity Products for several years and I have never had an issue with cancelling any particular supplement. Their on-line order system is easy to use and control the shipment frequency of all items. Also they assign an associate to check with me periodically about what I think and she has been helpful in addressing any questions or concerns. Overall I think the company is exceptional.

Very unorganised after sales service

I have used the same products from PP since 2008. The products have worked very well for me (my knees). However, twice now, they have delivered my product after I specifically asked not to until I caught up with the prior delivery, and notified them. Over the years, I have steered many athletes with whom I play tennis and softball with about PP UHA and Asta FX, but received little regard from PP for it. Talking to them some of the time is like talking to a post. They say they can't do anything about the money they charged until I send the product back. Well, I am NOT going to keep going out of my way to make up for their mistakes. I am done with their ignorance to my requests and then charging me for that neglect.

Our main concern was the return process. Difficult, time consuming, frustrating. 1/30 called twice to speak to customer service. Both calls just stopped – no recording, just silence. The 3rd time, the agent was difficult to understand. He tried to talk me into keeping the product and ordering other products. 1/30 email: Asked for help because refund was less. 2/2, 2/4, 2/9 emails: Return Labels not received in Inbox, ISP, Junk, or Spam. Please resend. 2/16 Sent email asking to send Return Label to my husband's email and mine. 2/17 Finally received Return Label I actually believed the Return Label wasn't being sent so I'd miss the 30-day return window.
