Pa moyen de joindre le service Client PURINA par téléphone, mais également via leur site internet où après avoir tout renseigné, rien ne se passe en cliquant sur envoyer. Notre chat consomme des Purina OPTI RENAL depuis 1 an sans problème. A la première dose d'un nouveau paquet le chat refuse pendant 2 jours d'en manger, et vomis. Quand on lui a proposé d'autres croquettes classique, il s'est jeté dessus, et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Nous souhaitions contacter le service client pour signaler le problème et avoir un avis, mais visiblement ce n'est pas possible. Lot : 2009091104 Date de prod : 09 01 2022 16:20 Date limite 07 2023. For 5 weeks after eating this cat food she was retching and being sick. The night time was the worse for her being sick and then in the morning obviously after she had eaten within half an hour or sometimes within minutes. I just thought at first fur balls but there wasn't always any fur, it was sometimes white foamy stuff she bought back , or bile she also had very loose stools and had a few accidents in my living room, she's never had any accidents before. Her stomach would gurgle, you could hear it. It's never gurgled before. She started losing weight, which you could feel when you stroked her back. Fur coming away from her back legs. She started retreating upstairs, didn't want any interaction at night. It was only because I put some comments on Facebook about her being Ill and that i couldn't get her into a vets, a friend said has she been eating Felix. Which she had as she gets bored with her food. I saw all the comments from cat owners about this cat food, all similar situations as well. Threw what packets i had left and gave her the usual wet cat food she had always had. One week later was sick once. It's now been 3 weeks and she's only been sick twice.Shes put a bit of weight back on and her appetite has come back. I'm so glad I found out about this cat food, I was thinking she had something sinister Thumbs down for me now with Purina,even there biscuits I wouldn't trust Purina took my review down

Cat won't touch food. It's been changed. Thousands of others reporting similar. Cats ill. Some dying. The company claims they only removed natural colouring. This is not the whole story - they have done something else and you should completely avoid all their products.

rubbish i dont know what in the food cosmic used to love the duck and tomato and beef and tomato now she leaves 3 quarters of it on her plate looks like they changed there recipe for cheaper products or made elsewhere on the cheap beware people i see alot of adverts for meat being made with plants now i wont be suprised if purina catmeat is artificial plant based meat to increase there profits further if the cat wont eat the meat it either rotten off out of date or chemical rubbish in it

Mon chien est tombé malade avec les croquettes Pro Plan Small & Mini Adult 9+ OPTIAGE. J’ai contacté le service clients qui m’a proposé un contrôle organoleptique étant donné que je ne disposais plus du n° de lot. Il faut savoir que ce numéro est disposé en haut du paquet et que vous êtes contraint de le découper pour accéder correctement aux croquettes…. Après de multiples relances, le service clients m’adresse un courrier « type » (fait mention entre autres des boulettes que font les chats quand ils régurgitent…) m’expliquant ne pas pouvoir effectuer ce contrôle car je ne dispose pas du n° de lot (une blague ????) Dans le cadre du RGPD, je demande un droit d’accès à mon dossier et j’ai pu lire en fait que ce contrôle n’a pas été fait car mon échantillon s’est perdu entre le service et le labo !! Je demande qu’un 2nd contrôle soit fait et envoie un nouvel échantillon, le service client me répond que tout est correct. Je donne les croquettes, un autre chien tombe malade avec les mêmes symptômes. Depuis maintenant plusieurs mois j’exige de recevoir sans succès le compte rendu du labo attestant que les croquettes seraient ok. Le service client m’a menti une première fois, je ne vois pas pourquoi je devrais les croire sur paroles pour ce 2nd échantillon. Mon parcours client a été jalonné de difficultés, le service clients m’a également trompé sur le montant d’une carte cadeau. Mon chien de plus de 12 ans a été malade pendant deux mois, 700 € de frais vétérinaires. Je déconseille fortement Pro Plan……à fuir……et recommande en cas de souci d’informer la DDPP au travers de Signal Conso. Je saisis désormais le conciliateur.

We have 6 cats here in Ireland, 4 barn cats on a mainly raw diet and 2 indoor cats. One would only eat Felix chunks in jelly, any variety, one would only eat Gourmet Perle. (Although they did used to swap bowls through the day) Felix chunks guy shed fur all over, would vomit the whole pouch within minutes of eating it, had runny poo, was quite lethargic. Gourmet Perle girl had runny poos (NOT great on a pure white angora) would vomit soon after eating, had awful scabby skin, high fur loss, sore, dull eyes etc. The vomiting has been one of those 'cat things' that's been happening for a good couple of years & I always put it down to the cats eating too fast. Anyway, 6 weeks ago the ONLY change I made was to swap their food. They're both on Animonda Carny now and the change in them is immense. Thick shiny fur with barely any shedding, bright eyes, firm poos, NO vomits since the day we changed - not once. And oh my word, after an hour or so, their bowls no longer have that stench, oh god, I forgot about the smell of the purina foods after an hour.... and don't even mention the fly eggs every day (even when there's no flies in the house) 🤢 Purina is no longer welcome in this house. I just wished I hadn't blindly believed the adverts & marketing before 🙁 Purina are not taking the cat owners seriously when we try to report these issues to them. SOMETHING is going on, whatever they say. I hope that they start taking notice soon because so many cats out there are getting sick and even dying. It's disgusting that they aren't investigating. I'm just so thankful that I changed before we had cat deaths like so many others. 🙁

I will not use any of thier products, made my cats ill, poor quality aswell.

NEVER EVER will Purnia get another penny of my hard earned cash for their blatant disregard of thousands of people like myself, whose cats have become unwell from eating this crap. Most of this year my boys were sick. I thought they were eating their food too fast and puking shortly afterwards, but it had nothing to do with the speed of their eating. One of my boys lost 1/3 of his body weight and we thought he was on his last legs. He was skin and bones. Then we found thousands of other EXACTLY THE SAME anecdotes by people about their cats. THOUSANDS of them. And from that day forward every item made by Purnia was binned. And from that day forward both my cats are now a healthy weight, they are playful again, inquisitive and very happy. And...from that day forward NEVER will I purchase a Prunia product again and I will spread the word about their crap food and disregard for cats and their owners.
