Its a great machine and i installed the new membrane and filter, easy-peasy. It was not as easy to identify your company as “the manufacturer”. I purchased your RO from a secondary company who made certain the name of your company was not visible on the machine. And when asked repeatedly they refused to identify your company or disclose your model information or you as the maker or even as a supplier of replacement cartridges UNLESS i first agreed to schedule and pay a marked up price for the parts, a fee for a “service call” and an additional fee for their tech to install the cartridges. I give your machine 5stars but the company i bought it from gets -0-.

Excellent service and quick delivery

I could not get tracking to work but product arrived the next day

I ordered a 3 filter pack through Amazon and found out that we had the wrong filter for our needs. I emailed Pureplus and sent them the info that I had and they suggested a different filter. Laura has been quick to respond and is working on a resolution. Would recommend Pureplus for your filter needs.
