We have four of their high end air purifiers and are very happy with them. The UV tube is hard to replace, but that's a quibble. Their customer service on a warranty matter was prompt and courteous. And the service is still provided by human beings, unmediated by AI bots. We literally sleep better at night with cleaner air.

I have four air purifiers from this company. They have stopped producing the filter for the most expensive smart purifier they have, and they are STILL selling the purifier. Scummy!

Hi kd, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused. We understand how disappointing it is when replacement filters become harder to source, especially when you’re invested in multiple units of a product. Filter availability can change over time due to manufacturing updates and supply chain constraints, but we absolutely recognize how important ongoing support is for customers who already own these devices. We’d like to help you directly with your specific model and see what options are available, whether that’s remaining inventory, compatible alternatives, or other solutions we can offer. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our support team with your purifier model details so we can assist right away. Thank you, Jessica Pure Enrichment Support 657-275-3737 [email protected] We appreciate your honesty, and we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations here.
Nel was outstanding with her customer care and product guarantee. I purchased a weighted heated blanket 3 years ago and it stopped working….I was so pleased that my call was answered right away by a real person! AND even more of a shock was the immediate replacement of their product! Even though I bought it on Amazon! Pure Enrichment! An Amazing Company! I recommend highly and now I am a lifetime patron of Pure Enrichment!” Thank you Nel & thank your team! Job Well Done! I will spread the word!

The customer service team at Pure Enrichment are the most responsive I've ever contacted. I had an auto essential oil diffuser that didn't work and they replaced it right away. Their emails are friendly and supportive! I wish all companies were as helpful as they are!

My daughter gave me the Pure Enrichment XXL heating pad which I had been using for a couple of years with no problems. I use it daily in the winter at my back while sitting to keep me warm. I washed it according to instructions for the first time and it no longer worked after washing. I contacted the company basically to vent since I did not have a receipt. (The heating pad is warranted for 5 years). They replaced it anyway! I don't remember the last time I met with such incredible customer service, but clearly, they care about their customers. As a result of this experience I would not hesitate to purchase their products. Next time though, I'll settle for spot cleaning. ;)

Humidifier bought it after a few months of operation( I have another one that was bought at the same time...still working). I note a few failures in this product line on the reviews, but humidifiers can be sensitive to whatever water you have. Unfortunately, water is getting harder and harder so something to look into regarding your water hardness/corrosiveness. I registered the product for the warranty but didn't save the receipt (but Costco did!). Anyway, warranty service excellent and they are sending me a replacement! Highly recommend this company!!
