Pürblack is the best! I've struggled with chronic fatigue and health conditions for years ago, and while I am in fact taking several other really great herbs and superfoods, after adding Pürblack shilajit, I can tell I'm becoming more fortified and strong on a very deep and wholesome level. No pun intended, but it's really like this stuff fills in the "cracks" in my health to destroy my weakness and give me the foundation to really be my strongest! And Pürblack is really the best! You can read their patents and certificates of analysis on their website, and they strive to bring the purest, cleanest, REAL shilajit. I believe this is better than many if not all other shilajits on the market. Are there others that might be almost as good as Pürblack? Maybe, but you can't go wrong at all with Pürblack. And it passes the "burn" test, which if you don't know is a test where you try to burn shilajit with a lighter, and if it's real, it turns into an ash, and this DEFINITELY does that! Having tried so many different shilajit products on the market, I can definitely say that purblack has the best shilajit available. One can literally feel the pure, life force giving energy that this particular shilajit contains in it. If you need a boost of natural energy, this is definitely for you.

So, these days people are too bothered about their personal health and they try to exercise a lot and comply with special diets. I am not fond of complying with special diets, but I understand that right nutrition is the most effective way to receive a shape of your dream. At least i was convinced in it several times.
