Please do not buy from this company I had ordered my personalised dog collar on the 24th May, it is now the 27th June. I have emailed and messaged their page multiple times with no response or apology. Save yourself the wait and your money, find somewhere that is actually legitimate.

Excellent experience despite errors on my end. Very helpful and generous to help fix. Plus the collar is super high quality and no jingle noise for my rescue pup who was abused.

I placed an order 2 June, still no sign of the product and no reply to countless emails I have sent to the customer support email address asking for an update.

I had a hard time with the sizing...and when I received my collar it was too small; the Customer Service was VERY helpful, understanding, and helped me find the size that would better fit my pup!

I have had an excellent experience with great top notch customer service and good quality product I would highly recommend!

I love them! But I ordered them too small so they don’t fit😟 my fault. Super bummed

Update from previous review: I received 1 of 2 items 5 weeks after placing the order. It is now 7 weeks and I have not received the remaining item. The company produces in China. The product I received is fine, however, the turnaround time is ridiculous. They do not answer their customer support emails so there is no way to communicate with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
