PuppySpot did amazing helping us find our French bulldog, from the start they helped else with every step including delivery of our baby girl, health questions, or any concerns. I would recommend them to anyone!

I got a golden doodle puppy from Puppyspot a month and a half ago. I am livid with my experience. Before the puppy arrived: I asked Puppyspot questions regarding my puppy that they never answered. The first red flag should have been that they keep the breeder anonymous and offer no proof that you aren't buying from a puppy mill. I called multiple times asking questions and they were very good at not being direct and avoiding the questions at all costs. Puppy's arrival: Puppy spot and/or the breeder chose to put my puppy on a non-direct flight (I am sure it was cheaper), which made a 4 hour journey into an 8 hour journey. My puppy was so shaken up upon arrival, he wouldn't eat, come out of the crate and he was covered in his own urine and feces. He was so weak he could barely stand or walk. Puppy now: When I went to the vet the day after my pup got to me, he had double ear infections, completely matted ears covered in black gunk and yeast, and a nasty infection on his private parts. He had clearly not been in clean conditions or been tended to. He had such bad anxiety he wouldn't go to the bathroom outside, he wouldn't let people touch him, and he now has severe separation anxiety. I have spent thousands on training and materials to try and fix the situation. Every trainer has said that there was likely neglect going on (although I can't prove this). I would NEVER recommend getting a dog from puppy spot for all of these reasons.

Savannah - It's disappointing that you believe we would ever work with a puppy mill or anyone associated with substandard breeding practices of any kind. We work tirelessly to not only combat substandard breeders but also screen and vet our own breeder community to ensure we only work with responsible, caring and humane breeders. While it is our policy to disclose breeder information after a puppy arrives home, we are always happy to connect prospective puppy parents with their puppy’s breeder upon request via a conference call before your puppy travels. We truly apologize if that option was not offered to you and may have resulted in any unanswered questions or concerns. That is unacceptable and the complete opposite of our mission. We were very concerned to hear about the condition that your pup arrived in, and quickly reached out to you to learn more and see how we could help. While you declined any additional help when our team reached out, please know that we will continue to be here for you throughout your puppy parent journey and encourage you to reach out if there's anything we can do to be helpful.

i like puppy spot they are very kind and friendly so polite on the phone and very helpful with everything. and help pick the right puppy. but the one that I have is going to be big. hes hugh already and hes only 41/2 months. but hes a cutie and funny and he is so loveable. they also have a app so you will know when the puppy is coming and when to go pick the puppy up. its awesome. and I like that you can finance. thank you puppy spot!!!!

It was expensive, but they did a great job with customer service. Not 5 star because of price and a poor experience with the original breeder. Not less than 4 stars because, while expensive, PuppySpot representatives worked hard to get my issues resolved.

Puppyspot was great to work with. They provided excellent communication and delivered my adorable schnoodle, Lilly Bear 💕

Two years after losing our beloved Beagle Sunshine and after considering if we really wanted to make replace her or not my wife finally concluded the home wouldn't be truly back to normal until another Beagle was back in our lives.i have been looking at Puppyspot for over a year just go back and forth. Finally Jan 12 I was looking at the puppies on their site and Aj was the there after forwarding his photo to other members of the family we decided he was the one. After making my initial enquiry Sean contacted me within 5 minutes we spent I think about 10 minutes answering questions before we concluded he was perfect for me . The next day I uploaded the App and was kept up to the minute on the progress all of my text inquiry was promptly answered. And Aj arrived in Flagstaff as planned . I have nothing but praise for Sean and the rest of the Puppy Spot team .

Horrible experience. First off puppy was sent prior to being of proper time to leave mother. Second customer service is horrible after they receive your money. No communication at all. Call and wait on hold till your prompted they will call you back. Puppy arrived soaked in pee, smelly and sick. Breeder posted supposed food it was being fed so prior to pup arriving i purchased and definitely not the food it was on. I will be filing a complaint with BBB. This place needs to be shut down!

Tammy - We are disappointed to learn you have such a negative view about your experience with PuppySpot, as that is never how we want any member of our community to feel after welcoming home a new furry family member. We are shocked to learn how your puppy arrived, as you made no mention of it to our team, nor do we have any documentation on file from you or your veterinarian that would suggest your puppy wasn't feeling well. A member of our team has been trying to get in touch with you to learn more about your experience and see how we can help. We look forward to connecting with you soon.
