I had a good experience with PuppySpot with no complaints except paying upfront one month ahead, out of the state for my puppy over $5000 especially during pandemic and fraud schemes that are going on.

We received our puppy Indiana (Indy) on November 21. When he arrived he had diarrhea and bloody stools. He was diagnosed with giardia the following Monday. I Informed puppy spot and sent the lab results. Yesterday, I took Indy to the vet for routine shots. They ran some bloodwork as im planning on neutering him soon. The bloodwork came back with abnormal white cells and low red cells.lm hoping this is all because of his age. We really are happy with him, but thought you should know. Maybe the breeder will check on his litter mates. Thelma Church

I only gave 3 stars because when the puppy arrived he was and is still sick. He was really skinny and weak when he arrived. He had blood in his stool and diarrhea. I took him to the vet and found out that he has Giardia. He has been on antibiotics since I received him. I wish that puppy spot would have done a better health check before sending the puppy to me.

I love my puppy, but the communication with puppy spot was bad , letting us know when the puppy was coming, plus the follow up on all the extra you pay for, they don't tell the next step, just poor communication.

Puppy spot was so helpful! I found the cutest dog ever - and he arrived in full & perfect health!
