PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

Our dog arrived as promised. She was happy, clean and in good health. Communication was excellent. We received updated pictures and a cute video. All of her veterinary records were up to dat for her age. We are loving our Bernedoodle.

Every detail of the process was handled professionally and promptly. I fell in love with the videos of our little dachshund and PuppySpot helped me coordinate delivery dates as it was over the holidays. He arrived healthy and happy right to our door in California and he just had his 1 year birthday. He has been the perfect addition to our family and we love the team at PuppySpot for bringing him into our lives!

While the overall process of getting a puppy from PuppySpot was great, we were let down by the incorrect description of the puppy we bought. It was described as a mini Bernedoodle but mini it is not. We got a large dog and being our first dog ever we were definitely not ready for this. The other aspects of the process were good in terms of clear communication and timely delivery of our puppy.

I purchased my baby from PuppySpot and have NEVER been more pleased. My baby is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I am so happy to have connected with Puppy Spot!

We had a seamless experience using PuppySpot. Communication about travel was great, the app was easy to use, and we got to add the sweetest puppy to our family! He is now almost a year old and we couldn’t be happier.

We got our Sunny boy Golden last year. He literally lights up the house with his charming, affectionate, and playful personality. He is beautiful and so strong. I was anxious about adopting site unseen but there are enough protections in the process for both puppy and buyer. You’re also protected by visa. He arrived with a mild case of giardia that was discovered the day he arrived. Puppyspot took great care of us and covered the costs. Giardia is common. Enjoy your new family member. We’re purchasing another through puppyspot because they proved they deserve the respect. They’re getting dogs from breeders listed on AKC, not mills. OFA records are also in the family tree if you want to see details. I’ve communicated with the breeder unless I can get the answer from puppyspot who has good relationships with the breeders. Breeders are quicker to respond to puppyspot as they’re often busy dealing with a dozen puppymonsters that love to explore EVERTHING. Kudos to all involved.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, no one communicates with you after you choose your puppy except to tell you oh they’re showing up in a few days. also lied about delivery. i paid to have her delivered to my house and i had to go to airport. my dog also showed up with a skin infection.

My experience with puppy spot was supportive and professional. I was filled with joy and anticipation when I waited for my precious Havanese puppy, who I named Arlo. The team at puppy spot helped me with every decision. I hired a puppy nanny to fly with Arlo. She was fantastic with all the delays of flights, including an overnight stay due to canceled flights. She communicated until Arlo arrived at our airport. My puppy is all I hoped for, and I love him so much!
