The buying and receiving of our puppy was almost seamless. As to our puppy Thor, we couldn't be more delighted! He stole our heart on first meet! I cannot remember his Puppy ID, but he is a Bernie Doodle! SO SOOOO CUTE!

I found a Bernadoodle on PuppySpot. I was told by Alan that he was 4 1/2s months old (this was correct) that he weighed 30 lbs and the breeder was “working on house training him” -all lies. He was flown to Florida, but all I was given was his ailrline, flight #, etc. No one mentioned Air Cargo. So I parked, went to the terminal, etc only to be told he was 9 miles away at cargo building. We got his crate in the car and I opened the crate to give him water and he flew out, literally. The collar I brought was too small as he weighed 40 lbs! This terrified huge puppy ran around the terminal terrified- I actually considered leaving him there. Finally corralled him, adjusted the collar & got him home, dragging him in the house. He was terrified of the crate I bought- 40lbs of struggle trying to get him in it, pee and diarrhea everywhere. I called PuppySpot- they said to take it up with the breeder. Breeder told me he was a kennel dog, never trained at all and suggested I take him to puppy class. Ended up tying him to a table (felt like chaining him outside). First vet visit (40 lbs of puppy terrified to get in the blazer- I had to sit on him to calm him down) and find out he has parasites. My suggestion: go to the nearest pet store and buy a puppy mill puppy (mine certainly is) to at least meet him. Better yet, go to a shelter.

I got my first puppy (toy poodle) from puppy spot in May of 2020, she has been the most loving amazing dog I have ever owned, healthy, true to size projection and so smart. I decided to get a 2nd puppy (toy poodle) this year, she arrived in May and has been an incredible addition, arrived healthy, on time, is smart, adjusted quickly and my two girls love each other so much. The only thing I would suggest improving for puppy spot is to make sure follow-up and communication is done as job 1, especially for first time buyers as these puppies have high price tags. This service is worth the cost, these puppies and the process to vet them ensures healthy, high quality animals and I am thrilled to now have 2 of them, I couldn't be happier.

They staff was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Communication up to and including payment was excellent. The time between the payment and delivery was less than ideal. The app indicated that I accepted a tentative travel time and date, when I accepted nothing and had no idea when it was scheduled for. And while some of the messages were very helpful (what to expect, supplies to buy for a new puppy, etc.), other messages were redundant and lacked any real information (IE: Your puppy is ready to come home). We also really appreciated the tips, discounts and referrals to things like insurance and pet suppliers. All in all it was a good experience.

After we lost our precious Yorkie to kidney failure, my heart and home was empty. My grieving period was crushing, my home was empty, and I needed to find a puppy to fill the hole in my heart. We looked no further than PuppySpot! Our journey began with our wonderful Puppy Concierge Leira (the best). She and the team continued to follow up before, during, and after his arrival at our local airport. The entire experience was exciting, fun, and very joyous! We especially loved the photo and video updates! So sweet!🐾💙 They were readily available to answer any and all questions (still are) and will happily guide you every step of the way. So if you are looking for a healthy and happy puppy to join your family, look no further than the caring professional at PuppySpot. You can trust their expertise because they ARE the best! 🐾💙🐾💗 Thank you PuppySpot! We love our new boy, he is perfect! :) The Allen Family

We received a healthy happy Schnauzer puppy. We could not find a breeder with pups in our State so Puppy Spot gave us choice a lovely dog in 3 weeks.

Everything went very well with picking Fredrick now Kiowa out and getting him, he was already 3 mos. old, would have preferred a little younger so to have no bad habits but we love him right to pieces very very active for a Pomeranian and large, twice the size of our previous one, believe he is a Pomsky all the character of one but would certainly deal with Puppy Spot again.

When our Smeag passed away, we needed to get our corgi a new brother because he was devasted and lonely, and we were as well. We searched for maltipoos in our area but most of them did not come from reputable breeders so the health was in question. We didn’t want to go through what we went through again with Smeag’s passing. We found PuppySpot, did our research, and was set on purchasing our new puppy. The process was simple and our new baby boy was flown in from IN to NC. When we picked him up from the cargo bay, he was so clean, smelled good, and quiet. Most puppies are anxious and vocal but our Yoshi (we renamed him) was happy and relaxed when we met him. It was just love at first sight. No accidents on the ride home either! Yoshi is very healthy and always gets praise from his vet for how smart and sweet he is. He’s been an absolute joy to have and helps with the pain of our Smeag’s passing. His corgi brother loves him and keeps his elderly spirits high. We’re so happy to have found our Yoshi through PuppySpot and will purchase another maltipoo through them in the future.
