PuppySpot was wonderful to work with! I couldn't be happier with our puppy. She was wonderful and it was expected because PuppySpot guided me through the whole process. They answered all my questions thoroughly and really helped me be 100% of the decision to get a puppy.

Communications are my primary complaint - travel details were wrong, and it took me emailing their CEO and Operations Director to get a phone call back. Even after leaving a 3-star review, and having them email me to call them...I was still on hold forever and finally gave up. Our puppy arrived with a UTI (blood in urine) and an intestinal infection / parasites (blood in feces) - so the poor little guy is on two antibiotics plus a dewormer - all which should have been taken care of before they ever shipped him to us. Needless to say, we'll go to the local Shelter to adopt a stray before we ever go back. Otherwise, he's a fantastic little guy - goofy, happy and stubborn as all get out.

Communication pre-post Travel logistics was great. Wait time for customer service was a bit long at times (15-20 mins). Issue may be more with breeder information. Parents of Maltipoo and weight was posted and sent to me. Weight of both parents ranged from 6-9 lbs. Puppy Spot said based on the info they had, puppy should not weight more than the high end of the range. Puppy is 15 weeks and weighed in at 7.2lbs at the vet wellness visit. I believe the pics and weight of parents may be misleading as the Vet stated that my puppy is on track to be 15lbs. I understand that there are variances but this is off the charts based what was posted. I have also taken snap shots of website that use to have parents weight/pics of parents but now they have taken down the weight of parents from the website. Just a bit disappointing as we were specifically looking for a Maltipoo that would be under 10lbs.

Very organized service! I felt like everyone involved cares about the puppies. We got a wonderful puppy! He seemed well socialized. He arrived calm and happy. He is the puppy we chose and we couldn’t be happier. I would really like to thank PuppySpot and the breeders for this wonderful service!

We are so happy with our new Puppy, his name was Russell but now Harley. He is healthy and super smart, fell in love immediately. Puppy Spot was always in communication with us, checked in along the process and there to answer any questions we had in the process.

Delivered unhealthy puppy. Right off the plain the puppy smelled sick. And had a mild cough. She was pooping blood and diarrhea. She was high energy but her guts were a mess and the smell was so bad even after a bath. After a vet evaluation there was concern of parvo. Over the first week she was treated for Giardia and her cough worsened and eventually treated for kennel cough. Puppyspot is claiming no guilt and “puppy’s just get sick.” Nevermind their “health guarantee” she arrived sick and the vet bills are at $700 in the first 2 weeks already. I also researched her breeder and found he is a known high volume breeder in Ohio that can have up to 250 puppies at a time with other people at the same address who can have the same amount of puppies. Puppyspot tells me “that’s not a puppy mill” PuppySpot is an absolute SCAM. We love our puppy and she will get better, we just wish her start with us wasn’t so dramatic and she didn’t have to get so sick.

Puppy spot helped me get my perfect dream forever puppy in a very considerate way...we talked often about the way my puppy would be shipped and what I needed to do to prepare....I then received a puppy spot care package...my puppy is healthy and doing well...she's my new baby girl that I cuddle with and play with...puppy spot agents are very kind and easy to talk to...they answer all your questions and take calls any time...once I asked for photos and I received six gorgeous photos by text.
