It was a very nice experience, however we were told delivery date wrong. Originally we were told we would have her in about 7-10 days. Ended up being three weeks. So instead of getting her at 10 weeks we got her at 13 weeks.

I was hesitant to use a service to bring home our forever pup, but I can not rave about Puppy Spot enough! The whole process was supportive and thorough. I love that they do a screening process to make sure everything is a good match & that the furry friends will be truly loved and provided for. Everything was customized to our needs and delivery. If you are looking to add a furry member to your family, I cannot recommend Puppy Spot enough!

It is wonderful to hear that your initial hesitation was turned into such a positive and reassuring experience. We take great pride in our thorough screening process to ensure every puppy goes to a loving home, and we are thrilled we could customize everything to fit your family's needs. Thank you for recommending us, and we wish you many happy years of memories with your new forever pup!
The Puppyspot experience was great. However; the Breeder sent me a puppy with Giarida and Hookworms! Then made a comment "He was in transport for almost 4 days" There were eggs in his stool which takes 2 weeks to develop. That comment told me everything I needed to know. A backyard Breeder! They even have cute FB page with all the pups. Do your research on the Breeder! If I would have known the novice of these people I would not have bought him. Now I'm dealing with a sick puppy.

We are absolutely delighted to hear that your new French Bulldog puppy arrived safely, on schedule, and with all of his health records in perfect order. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience with us!
Every time I called Puppy Spot to get information not only did I talk to a different representative each time, but each representative gave different information. Nothing was consistent. Getting a new puppy is stressful enough without having to worry about the truthfulness of the information given. Given the amount of money I've spent, you'd expect everyone to answer basic questions consistently. The only part that ran smoothly and was consistent was working with CitizenShipper. They were fantastic and really the only reason I continued with the purchase.
