Hello Rachel, Thank you so incredibly much for sharing this amazing story with us. 🐾💛 Reading about your Shiba’s progress truly means the world to our team. Hearing that Shiba, is running like a puppy again, and has remained symptom-free for over a year is exactly the kind of outcome we hope for when families trust us with their pets’ care. It’s also so heartwarming to know your brother’s pup experienced relief as well — no more itchy skin or belly dragging is such wonderful news. Stories like yours remind us why we do what we do every single day. We’re especially touched by your kind words about the follow-up calls and support from our team. Knowing we’ve been able to play even a small part in giving you more happy, healthy time with your beloved pups is truly an honor. Thank you again for your trust, your support, and for sharing your experience with others. Wishing you and your whole furry family many more joyful years together! 🐶💛 — Pup Labs Customer Care 🐾
