Ordered a bike 6 wks ago,sent to wrong address,wanted £70 to re route,6wks later no bike and no refund just piles of excuses DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOT

I would not recommend anyone to buy something from this company. Bought an electric scooter. First the delivery was delayed Then the scooter was not working. They send me parts that I have to change myself. It does not solve the problem. After a month I requested a return and refund but they won't accept it. I also requested a new functioning scooter but they have still not accepted that either. Here I stand with a new scooter that never worked. Customer service replies always politely but they are not solving anything. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Punkride. Below is a typical polite but fake answer, they are giving the impression they want to fix the problem however the customer want. I requested full refund but they say that the scooter has been used but in reality it was fault when we got it and has never been used! Punkrides answer! I bought a Bluvall K10 bike from their website and delivery was very prompt ( about 2 weeks to arrive in Romania ). I had a problem with my front wheel and customer service was very prompt, offering me also a front motor exchange part ( my connector was broke ). Very satified!

The shipment was really fast and the product came in good condition. The Iscooter is amazing, super easy to use and as a really powerful motor. Just amazing I would give you guys 10 stars if I could

The bike overall is good, but my battery runs out at 26% and light and horn not working, furthermore this has been happening for 3 months which isnt really reasonable, thanks.

Very satisfied. I ordered an iScooter iX7 PRO electric scooter in Romania, and it arrived in about 10 days. The product is high-quality. Communication with the seller was prompt when I asked for the tracking number. Overall, I was satisfied. I don't understand why they have negative reviews, though. There are probably people who buy it but aren't capable of assembling something simple with a screwdriver... I can't think of any other explanation...
