Hi Michael, Thanks for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your scooter. We completely understand your frustration and regret that your experience hasn't met your expectations so far. That said, we do wish you had reached out to us first before leaving a review, as we’ve already sent over a solution that can resolve the issue you're facing. The iScooter iX8 comes with a speed limiter enabled by default, which is why you’re currently seeing a top speed of 25km/h, even in turbo and dual drive mode. The 60km/h figure refers to the scooter's full capability once that limiter is deactivated. This limiter is standard across many models due to local safety regulations. If you’d like to unlock the full speed, please try the following steps: Pinch and hold the brake lever While holding the brake lever, press the power button five times This should remove the limiter once the scooter is powered on If it doesn’t work on the first try, turn the scooter off and try again. You can also follow along with this short video guide (the method is the same across all iScooter models): Watch Video: https://onedrive.live.com/?qt=allmyphotos&photosData=%2Fshare%2F7179BFD163798DAB%21804%3Fithint%3Dvideo%26e%3DLwBRC4%26migratedtospo%3Dtrue&cid=7179BFD163798DAB&id=7179BFD163798DAB%21804&redeem=aHR0cHM6Ly8xZHJ2Lm1zL3YvcyFBcXVOZVdQUnYzbHhoaVNzQjRJcVRYeWVEQ1E2P2U9THdCUkM0&v=photos We’re here to help and really want to make things right. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further support unlocking the speed or have any other concerns. Best regards The Punk Ride Team
