Pulte is all sugar and spice until you close. Then you don't exist. Their warrant team only know we won't fix that. i had a concrete issue and the fixed, so now I have big dark spot on my drive, They rush you through a final walk before closing and you cannot see everything then, so is you have a bad floor, counter top or molding issue it won't fixed. The builders is not a good one and most of the subs the use are very poor. If you buy a Pulte home you will regret ti.

Poor quality homes in Rosemount MN, walls chip easily and corners chip/flake off throughout the house even with a simple tap, upgraded flooring had scratches, walls had drawling showing thru chalky paint, second floor shakes and creaking sounds, appliances, sinks and cabinets were either dented or scratched looking like everything in the house was purchased at a discount outlet. The garage was left sloppy unfinished with lots of holes where studs were missed and taping wasn't done correctly along with maintenance rooms inside the house were filthy with similar taping issues but Pulte stated they leave these unfinished, we had to hire someone to do it correctly out of our pocket. Also nails popping and wall to ceiling edges coming apart but they make you wait a full year to have anyone repair these defects. Customer service is friendly but expect frustration from workers in your home doing repairs for months after you move in with some coming multiple times because the work wasn't done correctly or they caused other damages. The landscaping in backyard and side of house floods but they will look for any reason to void the warranty and not take ownership of work not done correctly. Houses look like a good deal at a quick glance but take a deeper look.

The house wasn’t done. And they went through like 5 managers whenever I had to submit an issue so the next one would never know anything. 5 years later I still have no screen on my window

My wife and I first bought a new Pulte pool home in 2000, it was a great home without any issue. We instantly love this new home in FL. We trusted Pulte Builder and so it was a easy decision for us to buy a second Pulte home in PA. Our second home also did not disappoint us, it was another great home build with good quality without issue. Maybe 3 times not a charm, we bought our third pool home from Pulte in FL. This home is full of issues: 1) Yard Drainage with wet and muddy ground, landscape issue. 2) Outdoor light wiring not correct, burnt out unit. 3) corner bead not fastened and fell apart. 4) hole in the wall that was not fixed when house closing. 5) hole in the cabinet which they did not replace at first. 6) hurricane shutter did not fit the back windows and no hardware given. 7) carpets start to ripple in last than 1.5 years old as well as squeaky floor 8) roof leak. 9) just a newly issue that the bathroom tiles were cracking from door to the bath tub, this found to be a foundation issue. 10) pool rebar rust showing up for 3 years in a row. With all these issues on this home, we greatly disappointed with this Pulte home quality and their warranty service along with their subcontractors are just horrible.
