Never will buy from again. Ordered a Soclean machine. Had to return do to not recommend for copd patients. Because I opened the box to read the manual I could only get in-store credit. And I had to pay for return shipping. What a crock of shit. My first review contained so called inappropriate language so they say and they are the criminals.

Just found them in September and have been buying since then. Very fast shipping and good products.

I bought a dash cam and didn't understand how to use it and the customer service was fantastic. They walked me through it. It was a real person here in the USA!

Ordered a Shiatsu Massager and it only lasted 3 years. Usually never had issues with them but I was hoping for something in good faith from them. They completely shunned me out and did not care. Closed my account. Customer Service used to be good. Don't know what happened.

i ordered a couple items Sept 2020. The service was very good. They emailed me an order acknowledgment. Then they emailed me when the order was shipped. I received the order on ground shipment in 2 weeks which was good considering the COVID virus. The products arrived undamaged.

Love these guys - they have competitive pricing for their products but it is the customer service that will keep me coming back. You can actually call & speak to an actually person! They also have great new products on their site frequently.
