Pulsar customer service is 10/10! My battery stopped working after less than a week. I purchased it at a random shop near me and emailed customer service as a last ditch effort. Within 6 hours, Monica had a new battery being shipped to my house with just a screen shot of my bank showing the purchase (i wasnt given a receipt).

The customer service with Pulsar is awesome. They are very personable and friendly. I recently had a DL 5.0 that just quit working. Of course it was out of warranty. I contacted them to ask about repair parts and they are replacing the whole unit, for free. I highly recommend.

Easy and fast

Really disappointing. I ordered 2 items neither have worked as advertised and I really just want my money back. Awaiting a reply from customer service but just really beyond disappointed that you can’t find any reliable vape products anymore.
