If the 320 kbps conversion fails, the tool lets you know and automatically provides a 128 kbps version instead, so you don’t have to wait around for a failed conversion. If you specifically want 320 kbps, just refresh the page and try the conversion again. Hopefully we can get it working for you and give you a much better experience.
