I was charged for an annual membership I didn't realize I was signed up for. Dreading a difficult process to cancel and reverse the charges, I was pleasantly surprised to have a fast, extremely courteous email exchange with a customer service agent, Margot. There was a generous discount offer if I'd like to stay and, when I indicated I really wanted to cancel, absolutely no hassle in processing a refund. Very happy and won't hesitate to come back in the future.

Customer service was very quick to respond and resolve my issue.

Good but I didn’t mean to buy a product and because I opened it I couldn’t give it back I understand this but you should still be able to return it

customer service

Daniel was so helpful! quick responses and gave me plenty of options when my assistant signed me up for a membership and forgot to tell me.

Margot's response was pleasant; she was willing to help; provided options; understood my needs.

I like the products, but was not using my membership. I requested a refund for the membership fee, and it was quickly granted. Surprisingly reasonable, attentive, and polite.
