I had asked to cancel my membership 3 days before my free trial was up and they went ahead and charged my credit card the full 79$ then when I sent an email asking why the response was an offer for a discounted membership and if i didn't respond they would cancel my membership but they went ahead and charged my cred card.

I had a problem and Margot took care of it quickly and remedied the situation for me♥️

Responses were quick and kind. Solved my problem within a few hours.

Got a notification from UPS that box was damaged and sending back to Sender. Emailed Public Goods and they promptly shipped a replacement.
