Great delivery time, easy process

They are only fast at first. Once you hit their limit of cards you can buy per month, site is practically useless. Will only buy here again if the other online shops I purchase from are unavailable. Be warned.

I PLACED AN ORDER 3 DAYS AGO...IT WAS FOR A BIRTHDAY GIFT...IT IS STILL NOT DELIVERED. I AM FURIOUS!!! I KEEP REPEATEDLY GETTING EMAILS THAT MY IDENTITY NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED-I VERIFIED BY PHONE FIRST, THEN BY EMAIL AND LASTLY BY PHOTO WITH ORDER NUMBER. IT SAYS ANY OF THOSE ARE ACCEPTABLE AND I PROVIDED 3. THEN I GOT A NOTICE THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND NO ONE WILL EMAIL ME BACK AS TO WHY. NOW I AM 3 DAYS LATE ON A GIFT AND HAVE NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. THEY GIVE NO ALTERNATIVE FOR PHONE CONTACT OR TO SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE OR SUPERVISOR!
